There is still time to take advantage of the Homebuyer Tax Credit for first time homebuyer (that is--have not had ownership interest in a primary residence in the past three years).  And now extended to the current home owner (who has had ownership interest in a property five consecutive years within the past 8 years).  So that means even if you recently sold your home and are currently in limbo, you could qualify.  Could sound confusing to some, I know it did to me, so call or email if you like to ask a question. Zanesville is still down 13.6 ytd in total houses sold for 2009 vs. 2008.  Our average sales price also dropped 6.5% to $95,053 from $101,646 one year ago. According to the Ohio Realtor Mag.
