DON'T GET CHARGED FOR A FREE CREDIT REPORT

It's a law.  You are entitled to a copy of your credit report FREE annually.  But only if you order from the right website.  The site you want is Annualcreditreport.com or call toll-free 877-322-8228.   

Once you place an order for your credit report the credit bureau you specified, there are three (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), will mail you the document or let you download it.  Please check the information carefully, studies have shown 25 percent of the reports have contained serious errors.  If you find something wrong, it's up to you to contact the bureau and correct the information.
